GODDAMN I need this amp man. I loved my OG Uberschall with EL34 tubes but I haven't been able to pull the trigger because I can't figure out if I wanna take a chance on the KT88 version or go with ol' faithful... the EL34. Any thoughts my metal head friends?

Owned Duality pedal for one day. Bad Monkey was more transparent, TC clones sounded nastier. It may be good if one needs to have 3 pedals (Ts, TC and noise gate) in a small enclosure, otherwise meh. Hype train

Reserve both sounds. Use the scooped mids when someone is singing and the boosted mids when not.

Dude, if you can recall, I went into Sweetwater’s HQ in Fart Woyne, -I cranked the Infamous greasy 800/SD-1 plus Metal Zone clip for the counter jockey’s at the used gear/trade in area and F’D up one of the dude’s faces. -just like Slipknot did to the OG drummer of Papa Roach with their killer record Iowa. He actually got admitted to the ER and stayed for few days. -the SW dude’s face was def purplexed, I found out he did go home early for the day. So..WELL DONE, mission sccomplished. -if you’ve summoned the sound of pain..people must feel it💯

I personally like the scooped more out of these two. boosted mids sounds very tinny to me and scooped tones give you that oomph to the tone. I usually try to get a good balance because I don't like too much of either
